Sit back and relax on the sun-drenched deck or make use of the BBQ and eat alfresco! A stylish and relaxing stay, perfect for couples & small families.

Coco is one large studio space that includes a king size bed (can be split into 2 x single beds upon requests) a fold out, double, sofa bed plus dining area and kitchenette. This is all within the same space with an adjoining ensuite and adjoining outdoor decked area with BBQ Electric frypan toasted sandwich maker coffee plunger, and table and chairs. It’s best suited to two adults for the King bed, and two small children on the sofa bed. The Sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult.

Other things to note
The driveway is shared with other guests, please be mindful not to block access to others. This property is located in a quiet, residential area of Byron Bay. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours. No noise outside after 8pm. Please keep noise to a minimum when returning from a night out.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept hens and bucks nights.
- No smoking, no cigarette butts to be left outside the premises

Please do not use any portable speakers at the property as we are mindful to not disturb the neighborhood with a party atmosphere
