There is a spacious master bedroom with King bed with walk in robe and a second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms can access the opulent Jack & Jill bathroom. The apartment features a Smart TV, Sky TV, WIFI. The downstairs "Landing" apartment is also for rental.

There is off street parking directly in front of the doors to the apartment for 1 car. It's a 100 metre walk to a general store, café and a restaurant.

The Boathouse is a stand alone property with two apartments, The Bridge and the Landing. While activity from the car ferry occurs during the day and early evening it stops at 9pm.

Access to the car ferry to Russell is on your door step. Paihia township is 5-8 mins drive away.
A baby porta cot is available on request.
