A comfortable country retreat surrounded with farmland and vineyards, located 600 metres from Scotchmans Hill Winery, 2 kilometres from Jack Rabbit & Terindah Estate wineries and The Whiskery. 180-degree view of Port Phillip Bay, set on one hectare with a luscious garden 6km from the beach. Two beautiful lounge spaces with tv, Starlink satelite WI Fi connection, the other adjacent to the kitchen & dining area. Both areas have combustion heaters with aircon, outdoor BBQ area.
