The house boasts four generously-sized bedrooms, each designed to provide the perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring the local wineries, golf courses, or the picturesque countryside. The two well-appointed bathrooms mean no morning rush – everyone can have their space to get ready in comfort.
You'll love the large, open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and gathering around the table with loved ones. Whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this space is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs.
For those who enjoy a bit of fun and relaxation, the separate rumpus room is the real gem of this property. With its own bar and pool table, it’s the ultimate spot to kick back, enjoy a few drinks, and challenge your friends to a game or two. The room offers a casual and cozy vibe, ideal for long chats, laughter, and creating lasting memories.
The home is equipped with a reverse cycle in the main bedroom, rumpus room and one in dining room, the remaining bedrooms are complete with ceiling fans for your comfort.
Located just a short drive from the region’s famous vineyards and attractions, this holiday home is the perfect base for your next Hunter Valley adventure. Whether you're here for wine tasting, sightseeing, or simply to unwind, this spacious retreat promises a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Please note this is a pet-friendly property.
The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.
