The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a view of the sea and harbor. It consists of a large living room, kitchen with dining room, bedroom, children's room and bathroom. The special feature of this apartment is the 'Captain Room' with its unique panoramic view. Experience the sunrise, the captivating sunset, the world natural heritage 'Wadden Sea'. Wind, waves, sunlight reflecting in the mud, and kite surfers (surfers with parachute), a lighthouse in the background. Especially ideal is the period from October to April. The apartment has a parking space in the garage. In the private lockable storage room for bicycles, we have provided you, which can be used free of charge


The Helgoland house is situated on a narrow strip of land between the Jade Bay and the harbor in a prime location directly on the south beach. To the south side overlooking the sea - and at low tide on the World Heritage 'Wadden Sea'. From the couch you can experience the game wave in stormy seas. The sea around the corner, the waves lapping within earshot, surfers and kiters with air jumps, the lighthouse in Sichtweite'.

The beach is so close that you can go from the house wearing a bathrobe for a swim.

Located directly on the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge, there are good restaurants, cafes, museums, the Aquarium, and local residents for boat trips to Helgoland and harbor tours.

You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes by bike. There are several bicycles for trips at their disposal.
