The accommodation
Enjoy a good meal in a dining room bathed in light, surrounded by windows on three sides, giving the illusion of being in the open air, with the gently meandering stream and the mountains on the horizon.

Welcome to this 4-season eco-lodge with an area of 320 ft2, a real favorite of the estate. Its panoramic glass bench seat is the perfect place to read, relax or share a meal while contemplating the spectacular sunsets. The two-sided covered gallery extends this privileged contact with nature.

Nestled on the edge of the Petit Missisquoi Nord stream, in a peaceful and enchanting forest, this refuge combines rustic comfort and total immersion in nature.

You have to take the hiking trails to get to the cottage, located 2 minutes from the landing stage (100 meters).

The eco-cottage is entirely reserved for you and for your privacy, the other B&Bs are at a safe distance.

The eco-B&Bs are equipped to offer a unique resort experience, with LED lighting powered by a solar panel, indoor compost toilet, wood stove, propane stove for cooking, kitchenette equipped (oil, salt and pepper), outdoor fire pit, propane BBQ and a picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that bedding is not included, but services such as drinking water, dish soap and linen, candles, toilet paper and firewood are provided.

Traveller access
The "Les Côteaux Missisquoi" estate is located in the municipality of Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton between Eastman (where you can refuel - Grocery, bakery, SAQ, gas, local products, Pub, restaurants) and Mansonville near Austin in the Missisquoi Valley.

We are in the center of the major recreational-tourist sites (Magog, Orford, Owl's Head and Bromont) where a multitude of activities await you.

From Montreal: Exit 100 of Highway 10, right at the stop sign for 8.2 kilometres.
From Sherbrooke: Exit 106 of Highway 10, left on Highway 245 for 10 kilometres, right on Bolton Centre Road for 2 kilometres.PGJyPg
