The living room features comfortable plush seating by the stone gas fireplace (seasonally available from October to April), and a Smart TV with DISH Network provides entertainment for cozy movie nights after a day of exploring. High-speed WiFi at 50 Mbps helps you stay connected during your relaxation. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and thoughtful extras like a bread maker, food processor, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee system—everything you need to create memorable meals and gather around the round dining table or breakfast bar.



Step outside to the main-level deck and you’ll find an outdoor sanctuary perfect for every season. Enjoy dinner with a view, soak in the private hot tub for four, or stargaze into the clear mountain sky from comfortable lounge seating.



Back inside, the main-level queen bedroom offers peaceful rest with direct access to the hot tub and a nearby full bathroom. Guests have access to the entire home, hot tub, game room, and all outdoor amenities. Parking is available for 3 vehicles. No RVs, boats, or trailers permitted.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in a paved, gated mountain community known for its peace and quiet. While the road is steep in sections, any standard vehicle can access it easily thanks to full paving. The community is quiet but not isolated, with both short-term and full-time residents enjoying the beautiful views and proximity to Blue Ridge, GA.
