Conveniently located in the Yeppoon CBD, Ocean's 12 is within walking distance to all the best attractions our beautiful town has to offer. Stroll down to the beach for a swim, explore the local shops and restaurants, or simply take in the stunning ocean views from your balcony.
The unit itself is fully self-contained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area features a cozy lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils.
A trundle bed can be provided for a small child on request.

Yeppoon in 3 days
Apartment was great. Location on top of a hill meant using the car all the time. Legs could not hack the walk back up the hill! Nice view though. Really great set up. Only a couple of niggles. Car parks are tight. We have a Mazda 3, but big suv's struggle to fit. And our shower did not drain properly meaning there was still water there the next night which could het slippery.
