With a streamlined design showcasing a clever use of space, the master bedroom retreat is a sanctuary with built-in robes. Both bedrooms have queen beds and windows. The bathroom is radiant and modern, with plenty of natural light.

This second-floor open-plan apartment features a modern entertainer`s gourmet kitchen with everything you need to entertain if you choose not to explore the nearby restaurants and cafes. There is a dining area as a generous living space to crash out on a huge comfortable couch.

The entire apartment is available for guest use. A secure undercover parking space is available within the complex.

Getting around, to and from Bondi Beach is easy with multiple travel options. The major bus depot is a 2 minute walk from your doorstep on Campbell Parade.

The 333 and 380 buses are the main bus numbers that connect the 3 km between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction Bus-Train Interchange. The 333 is pram, mobility aid and wheelchair accessible.

⭐ Flexible check-in after 3:00 p.m. so you can arrive at your convenience. Early check-in is possible, but we charge $150 for check-in from 10 a.m. onwards. This is subject to availability and housekeeping scheduling.

⭐Check-out is at 10:00 am to ensure a smooth transition for all guests. Late check-in is possible, but we charge $150 for late check-out from 10 a.m. onwards. This is subject to availability and housekeeping scheduling. Please advise the host ASAP so we can organise accordingly.

⭐Lost Key Fee:
If the key and Remote are lost, a $250.00 fee will be charged.

⭐No Partying Policy
No parties are allowed on the premises, including those playing loud music or disturbing neighbours. Guests breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $500.

⭐No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and rooms. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500.

⭐We love dogs at Saltwater Bondi. We charge an extra fee of $45 per dog and per day for additional cleaning. If you want to bring your dog, please see our pet policy. MAX 20kg only

We strongly adhere to a no-party policy and respect our neighbours and surroundings. Our terms and conditions include more information.
- If you would like additional cleaning, this is a request only and it will be arranged and confirmed by the Host at selection date and time allocation. Additional services cost $180.

- To not host any parties or gatherings at The Accommodation or in the common areas of the apartments of XQ Collection.

- To be respectful of neighbours and to keep noise levels at a respectful level at all times.

- Do not play music or conduct any outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10:00 pm.

- To keep the Accommodation clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the Accommodation in the same condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.

- To not keep or take any pets or animals into the room, without the express prior agreement by The Owner.

- To not allow any smoking in The Accommodation or the common areas of XQ Collection apartments. The Guest agrees that additional cleaning costs will be charged for breaking this house rule.

- Do not obstruct or leave any objects or waste on any common property.

- To not leave any obstruction outside of XQ Collection apartments.

- To not conduct any illegal or immoral activity from The Accommodation. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

- Any illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

- To not conduct any business or commercial activity from The Accommodation including, but not limited to, conducting any photoshoots that are not expressly authorized in writing by the host and/or owner.

- To not make any alteration or addition whatsoever to The Accommodation or its content

- To not use The Accommodation for any purpose other than for personal residential accommodation.

- To provide the names of all guests staying in the property during your reservation. All guests staying overnight must be registered. Any unregistered guests will be charged.

- To report any damage to the Accommodation or its contents must be reported immediately to the Host. Guests will be held responsible for any excessive damage or breakages caused during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for the keys/remotes provided to them. In case of loss or lockouts, a fee may be charged for replacement or locksmith services. Lost keys or locksmith services.

- To dispose of trash in the designated bins or as instructed by the Host. The bins are in the backyard near the laundry area.

- To Use all appliances, equipment, and utilities provided in the property responsibly and as instructed. Turn off lights and other electronic devices when not in use or upon leaving the property.

- In the case of any actual or suspected breach of these House Rules, the Host may enter the Accommodation for inspection and rectification purposes.

For those who prefer to have their 4-legged friend with them, you can. Stay and enjoy furry cuddles from your best friend for an additional $45 per night. Please arrange this ahead of time with your Host.



Terms:
* Our pet policy applies to dogs only and no other animals.
* Anytime your pooch is in a public area within the apartment block, we ask that he/she be on a leash.
* Your pooch can not be left in the apartment for a long period unattended.
* We allow a maximum of 1 pooch per stay.
* Pooches can not exceed 15 kilos in weight.
* Please take your pooch for regular bathroom breaks outside.
* Should damage be caused by your pooch to any element of the property, a charge equivalent to the cost of the damage will be applied to your account.
* If a guest stays and does not disclose that their pet has occupied the premises they will be asked to vacate and charged a $500 per fine.
