Nestled along the shoreline of Barangay Hukay, Calatagan, a town in Batangas renowned for its beige and near-white coral sand beaches, this private resort offers a secluded haven on a 2,600 sqm beachfront lot. Accommodations range in size, catering to couples or large groups of up to 45 individuals. The beach itself boasts live coral reefs, teeming with a diverse array of marine life.

The Beachfront Mansion Calatagan presents a luxurious 5-bedroom retreat, all equipped with air conditioning, along with 2 toilet and 2 bath rooms. This vacation house boasts a fully functional kitchen and a spacious main living room featuring a 52-inch Smart TV. The bedrooms are furnished with beds of varying sizes, suitable for groups up to 16 persons. Its standout feature lies in the interconnected verandas offering panoramic views of the sea and beyond.

The wide open space surrounding the house offers a huge space for kids to enjoy the outdoors.

The basic rental fee accommodates up to 16 people. An additional charge of P1,250 per person per night applies for each guest beyond the initial 16. If your group exceeds 20 individuals, supplementary accommodations can be arranged to accommodate an additional 20 to 25 guests, subject to additional fees.

Here’s your final review with the title you requested: 5-Bedroom Beachfront Villa with Outdoor Pool in Calatagan (Seascape Villas) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5) We had a wonderful two-night stay at Beachside Seascape Villas in Calatagan with our whole family. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth—no issues at all. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jing, Tina, and Harlan. Jing assisted with the setup and inventory check, which made settling in easier. Tina was also very accommodating, and Harlan went above and beyond by helping us drive into town whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. The villa itself was stunning—breathtaking views, a beautiful beach, and a refreshing pool. The home was elegant, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. They also provided us with great recommendations on activities, which was a nice touch. If I had to mention one minor thing, it would be the beds—I personally prefer something a little softer. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend Beachside Seascape Villas to others. Looking forward to visiting again!
