Wonderful stay

Nice proximity to travel both north and south while enjoying the all the east side has to offer as well. We frequently went to the grocery store across the street, enjoyed the beautiful sunrise most mornings, and the layout of the space was perfect for our family.

This spacious property was absolutely wonderful! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ocean and mountain view was so nice to wake up to each morning. The pool is AMAZING! Our 11 year old loved the water slides so much. The hot tubs are very relaxing too. The location is close to many restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The condo is nice and quiet and the air conditioning worked great. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. We were so sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to book at this location again.

Great property overall!

We had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. The condo is impeccable, the pool is outstanding. Steps away from a nice beach. Loved the huge refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of. Lanai is amazing and even has a nice ocean view being on the 4th floor.Would absolutely return!!

Very nice condo

The condo is represented well and was very clean. Pools on the property are great and the amenities onsite are pretty good. Overall the surrounding area and food options were my only negatives, ocean can be rough on this side in the winter but that is to be expected.

Fantastic

We rented this unit for our daughter and family.Even though the oven was not working, one light was not working and a toilet roll holder fell off, at was terrific. They did not want to leave.

Waipouli stay in July

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo is clean and has all the modern amenities you could ask for while visiting Kauai. The family room has a great view to watch the sun rise from the balcony. It is located in a good spot for local groceries and restaurants and makes visits to both the south and north shores easy. The kids loved the pool and water slides!

Nice place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay. I was a little confused by the description online as it looked more like a condo than a suite at a resort. However it was very clean and a very close walk to a beach. We had a good time overall.

Great condo and property

Wonderful family-friendly resort with a great pool. My kids (ages 2 and 5) loved it. The condo was comfortable and clean, and the check-in process and communication throughout was easy.

Kauai Getaway

First time in Kauai. Came to Jauai with a few friends after a week with family (and grandkids) on Oahu. Our unit at the Waipouli Beach Resort was beautiful. Facilities were great. Location was perfect. I only wished the property management company had provided a map of the facility with the rental instructions. If they did, I apologize, if I missed it. It was dark and raining when we arrived, which made it difficult to find our unit. Thanks again and we will definitely stay here again.

Don’t stay in a condo facing the parking lots

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with the location of the condo. I originally booked G104 but when Trevor called to tell me it had been sold he said he would upgrade to a different condo which turned out to be C405. I don’t consider it an upgrade, the only dining was on the lanai overlooking the parking lot and there was hardly room for 4 to eat there. Hardly the ambience you want. Although the bathrooms were gigantic the living room with it heavy furniture left little room to move around. The resort itself was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful.
