- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front of the home facing the street, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the water. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
- The fireplaces are not available for guest use
- Bats may be present in the area. It is recommended to keep windows and doors closed, especially during dusk, to prevent them from entering the property
