The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances for your convenience, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a versatile air fryer. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a light meal, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please not there is no conventual oven or stove top.

**The guest house is attached to the main house. It is a quiet house with no children, there is an elderly small dog.

**A retirement village is under construction close by with potential of noise during week days.

**PETS: 1 Well behaved small dog up to 12kg and over 1 year old is welcome. Please note that the deck area is fenced, but there is no lawn. **COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE and towels (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee.
