Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.Communication with the host was extremely poor. We never received the entry code before our arrival and were unable to reach the host despite multiple attempts. We ultimately had to contact VRBO customer support to gain access to the property.Once inside, we immediately noticed a strong marijuana smell throughout the apartment.The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. The bedding in one of the bedrooms was extremely dirty and clearly had not been changed before our arrival. We also found an insect in the bed. This was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We have photos documenting these issues.While the location itself was convenient, the lack of communication and the unacceptable level of cleanliness significantly impacted our stay. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
