If you are a family or a group of friends and looking for a property to host 8 people, Retro Lake Vista is the sister to Lake Vista 2.0 which is our downstairs property featuring a private courtyard, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facility. The perfect way to stay connected while having your private spaces.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly to secure a refundable deposit bond of $200.00 for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept. Retro Lake Vista is an upper suite that has your own entrance. Below there is one suite called Lake Vista 2.0. All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation * * COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, air quality, fire safety CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind. * NOISE. RETRO LAKE VISTA is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. *DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. *BREAKAGES. There is one parking space on the left hand side of driveway and then ample street parking. We ask that you do not park in neighbours driveways.
