We accommodated your request for an early check-in at 12 PM to ensure a smooth arrival. Despite our clear no-smoking policy, smoking occurred in your vehicle while parked on the driveway during late hours, causing a disturbance. Additionally, the property was left in a condition that required extra cleaning due to a significant stain on the couch and excessive garbage left behind. We always strive to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for our guests and expect the same level of consideration for our home and house rules. While we appreciate your feedback, better adherence to our policies would have resulted in a more positive experience for both parties. Due to these factors, we would not recommend this guest to future hosts.
