— You get your own parking spot in front of the house for 1 car OR SUV,
— if you have more than 1 car then contact the Host.
— You can use the backyard patio bench set.
— The backyard garden is fully fenced and shared with the owner's family.
— Large garbage and recycle bins are at the end of the driveway.
— For Graduation OR birthday ( Please ask from host for details). NO PARTIES
— Cleaning stuff is inside the utility room and also under the kitchen sink.
— Ecobee smart thermostat premium for heating and cooling. It is installed
outside the washroom door on the wall in black colour.
