Welcome to the Jewel in the Crown at Kinka Beach. This beautifully presented home oozes luxury and style whilst being welcoming and extremely comfortable. The downstairs level of the home features 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two King single beds. A family bathroom and laundry are also situated on this level. Moving to the upstairs section of the home, you will find an additional 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with 2 King singles beds. A family bathroom, dining area and fully equipped eco friendly kitchen. The large comfortable lounge room area will provide the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring our beautiful coastline. But the real highlight of this home is the spacious deck, designed for entertaining, whilst taking in the stunning view and enjoying the cool breeze coming off the ocean. Conveniently located between our beautiful coastal towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park and just a few minutes drive to the Keppel Bay Marina where you will find yourself on the doorstep of the Southern Barrier Reef. Please note that the vacant block of land next door is not available for guest's to use. Please do not park on or utilize this space.
