Spacious Uptown retreat steps from St. Charles Ave & Magazine Street! This 3BR/2BA historic home features tall ceilings, hardwood floors, original millwork, a quartz kitchen & fenced backyard. Enjoy front-porch seating, gated parking & smart-lock check-in. Walk to Mardi Gras parades, boutiques, cafés & streetcar stops. Perfect for families & groups visiting for Mardi Gras, Sugar Bowl & Uptown festivals!


You’ll have your privacy, but I’m always here if you need anything, local dining tips, parade routes, streetcar guidance, or help planning outings. Happy to act as your personal NOLA concierge whenever needed.

This house is located in a prime uptown location between St Charles Avenue and Magazine Street and between Napoleon and Jefferson. It doesn't get much better than this! Walk to the streetcar and Mardi Gras parades one way and restaurants and shopping the other way. The location doesn't disappoint.!

Great location ! Off street parking was a huge plus ! Loved the French bakery on Magazine and the small grocery store on Prytania. Easy to grab food to set up in the house as well as walk to a great place for iced coffee/quiche/pastries. Host was easy to reach with questions.

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood. Great location, only a few blocks from Magazine Street. Easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable home.

I helped my 80-year-old mother-in-law rent this property for a girlfriend getaway—the first girls' trip she had taken in a long time. The property manager was terrific, ensuring the ladies could enter the house. He even offered to meet them there, which is next-level service. My MIL said the stairs to the entrance were a little tricky for her balance, but she loved the inside of the property and the location. I would highly recommend based on the communication with the property manager and my MIL's feedback.
