The apartment offers accommodation in Colombo with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, air-conditioned rooms, and a pantry. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, and a dining area. The unit includes a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, balcony and pool views.

Additional rules:

1. Visitors are not allowed within quiet hours (from 10.00 pm - 6.00 am)

2. One vehicle per booking is allowed for free parking onsite. Additional vehicles will be charged at $2 per hour and subject to availability.

3. Pool utilization is strictly for guests only. No visitors are allowed.

4. Free cleaning service is available every 3 days with requests, including bed linen and towel replacements. Additional cleaning service will be charged at $5 per cleaning session and $3 per Linen or Towel replacement.

5. Gusts are responsible for keeping kitchen/pantry areas clean and tidy.
