Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. I responded to all calls and messages immediately, and as we discussed on the phone, the AC issue was addressed as quickly as possible with a same-day service appointment. Unfortunately, the repair required parts that could not be completed until Monday, which was outside of anyone’s control. Both VRBO and I issued compensation well beyond the $100 mentioned, and I’m glad we were able to work together to find a resolution through their support team. As for the neighborhood, while I understand everyone’s comfort level is different, past guests have not expressed concerns. I do my best to accurately represent the home and its surroundings. Again, I’m sorry the experience fell short for you, and I appreciate the opportunity to improve where I can.
