Experience life at a gentler pace in this spacious home, featuring an open-plan living area with smart TV, that flows into the dining kitchen and then extends to the outdoor area, complete with fruit trees. Guests are welcome to pick fresh lemons, limes, apples, and pears when in season. The home serves as a perfect base for exploring Rye and its coastal surroundings, located just 2 km from No.16 Beach and 2.4 km from Rye Bay Beach.

There are four furnished bedrooms, each offering comfortable bedding, clothing storage, and blackout blinds for an uninterrupted sleep. The master bedroom and bedroom four have queen beds, while the other two bedrooms feature double beds. The family bathroom includes a bath and shower, and there is a separate powder room. The ensuite features a shower, toilet, basin, shower essentials, and towels.

Indulge in the joy of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, sandwich press, and essential utensils. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area, which opens up to a tranquil fully fenced backyard.
