We have had difficulty with communication with Maria pre-the holiday she did not answer a question regarding an earlier check-in as our flights had changed for more than a week and had to be reminded. On check-in day Maria didn’t facilitate the lockbox code before the check-in time and had to be called. The property has some maintenance issues – 1/ Second bedroom electronic door lock doesn’t work - you could get locked out of the bedroom, 2/ Bedroom windows do not open. 3/Balcony door lock is missing - We do understand that we were on the first floor and pretty safe didn’t feel comfortable with no lock on the door. 4/ There was an old washing machine on the balcony. 5/ Very large picture in the lounge that wasn’t hung on the wall. 6/ One of the prints on the second bedroom wall had fallen off the wall onto the pillow before we arrived, as they were just taped to the wall to hang them. Maria did answer queries when we were staying and it is a great location for the transport links. There were limited towels at the property, but when Maria was called, she came with brand-new ones within 15 minutes.
