Welcome to your stay! You’re free to explore most of the house, but there are a few “do not enter” zones to keep everything running smoothly. First up, the garage—this is where we store linens and house items. No need to venture in there; I’ve already set up everything you’ll need. Plus, it’s best to avoid getting caught up in our storage maze!

Then there’s the yard behind the bamboo fence. While it may look inviting, it’s our designated service area. We kindly ask you to keep out, so things stay organized and hassle-free.

As for the shed, it’s where we store furniture and tools. It’s better left undisturbed—trust me, it’s happier that way!

Now, about the kitchens. There are two: the indoor one, which is more for show, and the outdoor kitchen on the deck, which has a gas connection. If you’re cooking, use the deck kitchen, and please remember to turn off the gas when you’re done.

Finally, please tidy as you go. Cleaning services in this area can be costly, so keeping things neat helps everyone! Switch off lights, save water, and enjoy your stay!

Check-Out Time: Please check out before 11:00 AM.
No Shoes Indoors: Avoid wearing shoes on carpeted floors. Use the designated area to keep your shoes.
Report Damages: Notify us immediately if any damages occur during your stay.
Pet Policy
No Pets on Furniture: Please do not allow pets on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Clean Up After Pets: Ensure all pet waste is cleaned up responsibly.
Additional Pet Fee: A pet fee is charged to cover the cost of special cleaning after pets.
Linen & Towels
Used Towels: Place all used towels in the bathtub or laundry basket before check-out.
Do Not Wash Linen: Linen requires special disinfectant cleaning. If accidents occur (e.g., bed-wetting), inform us and keep affected linen separate.
Noise & Events
No Unauthorized Parties or Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless approved by the host.

Parking
Parking: Guests renting the Granny Guest House should park on the street. Special parking arrangements will be available soon.
