Nestled in a small beautiful valley in Ronald Washington, Roslyn Ridge is just 10 minutes from the town of Roslyn and Suncadia. Enjoy this spacious newly renovated townhome that sleeps 6 comfortably. This unit was remodeled with new flooring and paint in 2018 The development has an Activity Center with awesome community pool and basketball court open only in summer months. This is an unknown gem in the mountains.

*Summer renters...Pool is by reservation only and the Roslyn. There is no central air conditioning. We have a stand alone high output air conditioner on the bottom floor.
