Relax in this quiet and spacious apartment which has retained the charm of the old industrial district of Bordeaux. The completely renovated accommodation is built around a beautiful wooden terrace, without vis-à-vis, and includes a bright living room with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. It is a warm apartment close to the river, museums, shops and restaurants, and four tram stations from the historic center of Bordeaux.

Great apartment near Riverwalk.

This is a modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed apartment in a building about two blocks off the main street so it is very quiet yet close to the tram and the wide walk along the river. Morgan, our host, gave us a thorough orientation when we checked in and we really wanted for nothing. Close to cafés, restaurants, and grocery store and the amazing wine museum. The center of town is less than a 2 mile walk down the river or four or five tram stops.

Perfect Stay Close to City Center

We had a great stay. The apartment was new, modern, clean and the photos are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked. The decor is great and the quality of linens and towels are great. The owners clearly have pride in their property. We were a quick 5-10 mins walk to transit to get to the city center. The parking spot was great for when we rented a car. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note that I did not realize was that despite two showers, there is one toilet. There is a window that opens wide and wasn't an issue. Internet was good for working remote. Child friendly.

Top choice for Bordeaux

5 stars! This accommodations exceeded all my expectations. I would not hesitate to book it again. A few things I particularly enjoyed: -- This is a top floor penthouse unit in a new condo building with all 3 bedrooms facing an inner courtyard (super quiet) -- Apartment has a private terrace not visible to neighbors -- Everything looks brand new and super clean. Nice bedding. Apartment is fully stocked with everything you may possibly need and is tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches. -- Parking is super easy and quick as the unit has its own assigned parking space inside the building's garage. -- Perfect location -- it's a quick walk to the Chartrons⁩⁦ district and the riverfront. If you drive, you can get to all the highways in a few quick minutes without getting stuck in downtown traffic, which was great. -- Owners provided detailed check-in and check-out instructions and were very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. So happy with the decision to stay here and hope to return one day!

Magnifique appartement, très bien équipé (nous avons notamment apprécié les équipements bébé : lit parapluie, chaise haute, jouets) et très joliment décoré et meublé. Propreté, confort absolu, terrasse très agréable, à l'abri des regards et au calme. Emplacement très pratique, à proximité immédiate du tramway, des commerces, et de lieux de visites incontournables (Cité du vin, base sous marine). Bref, nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Très bel appartement au calme proche des halles de bacalan. Décoration soignée avec tt l'équipement nécessaire. Tres bonne interaction avec le propriétaire. Nous étions 6 sportifs collègues. Le +, la terrasse intime au milieu de l'appartement. À noter qu'une seule chambre à 2 lits simple et 1 seul wc. Mais le séjour était top!!

Appartement lumineux, confortable à proximité de points d’interêt à Bordeaux

Excellent séjour avec mes 5 amies d’enfance dans cet appartement au dernier étage d’une petite résidence. Lumineux, extrêmement propre et confortable, à proximité des halles de Bordeaux, de la cité du vin et du bassin des lumières, et du tram. Il y a même une jolie terrasse. literie top. Communication très fluide avec Christophe. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour génial à Bordeaux avec mes 7 amies !! L’appartement est situé à proximité du centre, du tram, des quais, tout est accessible facilement L’appartement est magnifique, propre, calme et très spacieux ! Vous serez vraiment très bien accueillis avec Morgane et Christophe qui sont très bienveillants et le cœur sur la main. Ils ont été très arrangeants et nous ont expliqués pleins de choses à faire et à voir dans la vie pour nous qui ne sommes pas de Bordeaux Je recommande ce logement à 100% Merci encore infiniment pour votre gentillesse !!!

Excellent property- would definitely come back

Very quiet and lovely place, about a 20-30 min walk from centre of Bordeaux. They thought of everything- great brand new appliances and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bordeaux with a family.
