This charming family cosy house retreat in Ararat - only 30 mins away from Grampians is perfect for a holiday. This newly built spacious and inviting house is perfect for families looking to unwind and explore.

The north-facing living area fills the space with warmth and light, creating a cosy spot to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as 900 mm oven and cooktop , pots and pans and laundry has a washer-dryer for the guest convenience. Step into the backyard - an area for kids to play or to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Conveniently located near local shops, cafes , sight seeing adventures -everything is a short distance away.

Cute little place

Cute, clean place, though garden untidy front and back. Would be nice to have a the garden match the loveliness of the inside of the property.

Ararat Trip

Our trip to Ararat was short and wanted to Arpita had the perfect gateway for it. The place was nice and cozy. We were the first guest in the brand new house. Was close to shopping centres and cafes! So would recommend it to anyone.

A Dream Stay – Absolute Perfection! Wow! Where do we even begin? The Cosy Cottage in Ararat was hands-down one of the most beautiful, warm, and welcoming places we've ever stayed. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning décor, elegant furnishings, and thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Every detail was perfect, from the beautifully styled rooms to the warm and cosy atmosphere that instantly made us relax. Our incredible host, Arpita, went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. She was so welcoming, kind, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. Her hospitality made such a difference—it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than just booking accommodation. The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the main street and close to all of Ararat’s wonderful attractions. Whether we were exploring the town or simply enjoying a quiet evening in the cottage, every moment was pure bliss. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! This was one of those rare stays where everything felt just right—beautiful, comfortable, and filled with warmth. If you're planning a trip to Ararat, do yourself a favor and stay here.
