Available for rent is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located in Brick Township near Point Pleasant on the south shore of the Metedeconk River. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, steps from a marina with beautiful views of the water.
Water sport boats and kayaks are included with this rental. Located in the back yard marina are a Sunfish sailboat, 2 kayaks, and a complimentary boat slip for boats up to 35'. Walk out the backyard to the docks of the marina where fishing and crabbing are the usual past time for many or bring your own boat and go water skiing or sightseeing along the Metedeconk River and Barnegat Bay waterways. Your boat or jet ski dockage is included in the rental. Also provided are four complimentary beach passes to the Brick Township ocean beaches which are only 5 miles away. For genuine Jersey shore entertainment, spend an evening at the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, with games and attractions for the whole family along with many nearby seafood restaurants to choose from at dinner time.
This house is the perfect spot for a family vacation down the Jersey shore! Or work from home at the shore has plenty of availability for the summer 2021!
