Conveniently located, fully upgraded, clean two bedroom home offering the finest accommodation in Elliot Lake. Very modern open concept, all on one level, senior friendly. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, walking trails, ski hill, arena, downtown, and more. Brand new windows, flooring, bathroom, kitchen cabinetry, along with fixtures recently installed. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and cleaning supplies. Main floor features generous sized living room with comfy leather seating and TV with Netflix, etc. Plenty of parking space. Large private backyard, features walk out to patio. Kick back, relax and enjoy everything this lovely town has to offer. Lovely 2 bedroom detached home. Enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views out of the main window. Room for 3 parking spots in the driveway and free street parking. One Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has 1 queen bed. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen comes with appliances. Open concept living/dining room.

The bungalow was well equipped. Master bedroom was a lot more comfortable than room with twin beds. My adult son likes firm mattresses but he said the bed was too comfortable for him. Everything was there and not lived in so all new appliances and great coffee maker, linen and sponges and utensils were easy to find. No washer/dryer but we didn’t need one. We had a pretty view of fall leaves from dining room window! The bathroom was spotless and lots of hot water. Hester worked fine and the bungalow though modest was renovated nicely. We would stay there again. It was spacious for two people but had enough dishes and cooking items for more people. Thank you!
