Nicely decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean block condo with a large balcony. This unit has a front and back entrance. Is located on 140th Street North Ocean City. There are restaurant and, miniature golf located within walking distance if you prefer to leave your car parked. The large front balcony is a great place for picking crabs or having meals. Bus stop is on corner if you prefer to ride the bus all day. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
NEW for the 2026 season 2 designated parking spaces, off season mini rental, Winter Rental.
XPLORIE OCMD: Includes Fun Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, free admissions and rentals are included every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer such as Jolly Roger Splash Mountain Water Park, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course and Sea Rocket Speedboat Cruise. (Note: Valid for direct booked stay 29 days or less).
