This is a guest suite in our 2023-built home with 01 free parking spot, in a peaceful residential neighborhood just 15 mins drive to central Toronto and Pearson Airport, 10 mins drive to Missisauga's Square One. Public transportation's at the corner.
- In 10min walk: Farmboy, Dollarama, parks, restaurants, cafes
- In 6min drive: Home Depot, IKEA, Best Buy, Home Sense, Toronto Golf Club, Lakeshore Golf Club, the waterfront, parks, trails...

This guest suite boasts fine finishes and high-end appliances, fully furnished to details for both short term and long term stays in an unbeatable location. You'll be enjoying our backyard garden and the summer BBQ .

Guests have access to the full studio. Private cabinet for supplies will be noted onsite.

Other things to note:
- Mails/ delivery to our home has to be on Host's name.
- There are cameras on the outside of front and back door, pointing outwards.
- This is one of the 2 independent housing units in our building. Each unit has separate entrance and is not accessible from the other one.
Communication before confirmed booking is strictly through Airbnb only.
