The Best Time

This was such a great location! Only a 5 minute drive to downtown and plenty of space for everyone. It was so nice to have your morning coffee out on the deck. We accidentally took a garage door opener home and the host was more than accommodating with us mailing it back to him. Would 100% stay there again!

Great House in Great Location

We loved the house and location. Sitting on the deck each night, watching the boats pass by was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and we were a short drive to beaches, where we spent a good part of one of our days. This was a perfect way to spend the end of summer.

Great House!

This is a lovely, spacious home that fit 6 adults very well! Great location right along the St Joseph River with a deck. Had all of the kitchen utensils/gadgets that you need. Would recommend!

Almost what I expected.

I would definitely return! Our group was 5 adults and 2 infants. Great location, very relaxing. We loved sitting out on deck watching the boats . Concerns: upon arrival , washer and dryer were full , I didn’t expect to have to take my time and fold 2 loads of laundry on the first day also upon arrival, garbage can in garage 3/4 full, had to take trash to dumpster we found down the street, Both sliding glass doors very hard to open and deck/ patio needed power washed! Didn’t even turn on porch fan due to amount of cob webs and bugs. In spite , of the negatives it was a nice place to stay and we would return.

Quiet Family Getaway

Our stay at St Joseph’s was quiet and the relaxing stay we needed. The community was very welcoming and the views on my morning walk were absolutely beautiful. The house accommodations were okay, we only found a few things that were missing that are needed- such as dish cloths and towels for the kitchen. Also the bed in the bedroom downstairs was very loud- we could all hear when the person sleeping in there either sat down or rolled over, sounded like the bed could break at any moment. Also, upon arrival we came through the house to open the garage door to unload, only to find a very smelly, dirty, and cobweb filled garage. I feel when paying for a rental and part of that is a cleaning fee, I should not have walked into that. Overall our stay was enjoyable and many memories were made.

Family vacation

It was a good experience. A couple minor questions to take care of but owner was quite responsive in a timely manner. Was a nice location within a few minutes from downtown St. Joseph and Silver Beach.

Perfect place

Could not ask for a nicer place to rent. Very clean, lots of amenities, dock for our boat, pool and hot tub were great, neighbors were very friendly. Fantastic time

Property is well maintained and up to date. One can tell owner takes pride in the property. Only 1 issue is the location. If there is rain the road in floods and you can be stuck if you have a sedan. Luckily we had a large SUV and we’re able to get in and out.
