There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.

It's just a short 6-minute drive from Walmart, 13 minutes from Disney, 14 minutes from the Premium Outlets, and 24 minutes from Universal Studios.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to make a booking. Failure to provide a matching ID with the payment method will result in immediate cancellation.



BEFORE CHECKING IN:

All guests must provide a complete guest list, including first and last names, at least 24 hours before arrival by 5pm EST. Access to the resort will not be granted without a registered guest list.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

- Parties, pets, and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited.

- A $10 fee is charged for deliveries.

- USPS does not deliver to this address, and unattended packages are not our responsibility.
