Envision yourself enjoying the sunrises while listening to the ocean at this peaceful second floor condo, surrounded by palm trees with a stunning partial ocean view. The unit is located directly on Coral Beach (steps away) with manicured grounds, activities (pickle ball, ping pong) a pool and a beachfront restaurant and bar. Our unit is modern and functional whether you are looking for a getaway or to work remotely in paradise.
We are located on Grand Bahama Island (airport FPO) which is a short 20 minute flight from Florida (or 3 hour ferry ride).
Unit consists of a new queen bed and a double bed. There is also a washer/dryer in suite for your comfort. New A/C, fans and water heater as well as a dishwasher in your fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, coffee maker). Brand new sleeper sofa as well in the living room. Living space is designed with style and comfort. The unit has Wifi and smart TV (access your Netflix, Youtube etc.,) as well as pre-loaded amazon fire sticks. There is a full walk-in shower and double sinks in the bathroom with a huge walk in closet. There are soaps, cotton balls, q-tips and towels available for use. There are two beach chairs to use at the beach. Enjoy the turquoise ocean and take in the views with long walks by the shore side. For more restaurants and shops, the unit is in close proximity to Port Lucaya Marketplace (5 min drive).

Here in Canada we have very cold winters, so this is a great escape to paradise. Our property is suitable no matter what age you are and if you are single, couples, retired and families with any aged children! There are activities for everyone.

From the moment we visited Coral Beach we knew this is where we would want to vacation ourselves! The location is an excellent combination of tropical and relaxing paradise but also have activities on-site, an amazing shoreline for walks and minutes to town!

We have embraced a unique palm tree theme and modern touches to our unit for an enjoyable stay. The convenience of our properties location is unmatched with an amazing on-site restaurant and bar. The location of our unit is rare, facing the courtyard and ocean to view the gorgeous sunrises.
