On a quiet street, short walk to College Street cafes and restaurants, nearby parks, Harbord Village and Christie Subway Station. Everything in walking distance. Onsite Parking is available as an extra if required.
Main floor apartment in detached house, with a separate entrance. Lots of natural Daylight in every room. The Kitchen is open to Living, with island for cooking/eating. Living has pull-out couch, TV/bookshelf, garden doors to a backyard patio. Master Bedroom has queen sized bed, peaceful design with ample closet storage. Front room has queen sized bed. WIFI throughout. Laundry in the basement. An additional bedroom with ensuite 3 pc washroom is available if required, at an additional charge.

The house is ideally located between the Little Italy portion of College Street to the South and Bloor Street West to the North. The streets and laneways have a lot of character. There is easy access to all parts of the City via bike lanes, secondary roads and a subway line in close proximity. Its a quiet street and the neighbors are friendly.

Besides its location, the house and property is unique because its a detached house on a quiet street and has a side yard lane that allows light to enter all the rooms, and has parking options if required. The apartment has its own private entrance or a shared front entrance if required.
