My name is Siva. I have recently been residing in Mount Shasta, and have decided to stay long term. Specifically, I can pay up to $1500/ month, depending on the space, for 12-months (lease terms) or longer. What I prefer, but don't require, is the following:
Artist Space, Private Loft, cottage, guest house, carriage house, anything that is an independent, or separated small building. If anyone wishes to rent their condo or townhouse, this is also acceptable, but just not my first preference. The same goes for any other type of space that may be available. It's not limited to this type of building, as it's more important that I remain in the area--preferably towards the mountain, but I will take something in town as well--again, I am not picky, and will try to be as flexible as possible.
This is not necessarily common here, I don't know, but will save you a lot of cleaning throughout the year.
