Entertainers kitchen with new appliances. Two large living rooms. Internet and pool table. With a double garage underneath and plenty of paved space, finding somewhere to park is one less worry.
Configured to sleep 8,MAX BOOKING IS 8 ADULTS Another bed can be added to the King bed room(for families eith an extra child). The two singles in bedroom 4 can be joined to make a super king bed (Please note, the single and king single zip together so one side of the super king is slightly shorter!)
Private mooring directly out from the house so you can watch your boat as your enjoy a drink on the large balcony facing the water & a bush clad reserve.
Moenui is a very quiet and tranquil bay with a well maintained boat ramp and swimming pontoon. The waterfront is tidal mudflats so aqua shoes are recommended. Easy boat into the Pelorus or a 10 minute drive to Havelock marina for launching bigger vessels.

Janey was so accommodating to our large extended family group. The weather was awful but the property was amazing with fantastic facilities ensuring no one was bored. It might not have been the hot summer holiday we envisaged but it was a great holiday none the less. Thanks so much Janey!

A very nice house in a good location. The owner advertised a washing machine in the listing but there wasn’t one. I believe this has now been removed. The electrical system in the kitchen kept tripping the fuse box when trying to use the dishwasher. Quite frustrating. Other than these two problems we enjoyed our stay.

The house is huge with excellent facilities...especially the well equipped kitchen. The teenagers loved the pool table and table tennis. The views are gorgeous. I would highly recommend spending beach time at close by Momorangi Bay as its sandy access rather than mud flats.

Ideal place for chilling out

Property was excellent - comfortable, luxurious, and well-equipped. Awesome views from the balcony. It is ideal for chilling out or meditating.

Such an incredible part of the world. House was very nice and had everything we needed. Being able to relax with a game of pool in the evening was a rare treat. Views off the balcony were stunning.

Wonderful slice of the sounds

Property was well appointed. Very large so would suit families of all sizes. Lots to do and water views and bird life to die for. Short drive to amenities in Havelock and swimming in Quren Charlotte Sound.

A sanctuary worth visiting

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Janey’s beautiful holiday home with my whānau. Nestled in a peaceful area, the house had a perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The location was also perfect — far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but close to local shops.The moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a sanctuary. The house was spacious, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy along with a pool table, and table tennis. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed cooking meals together as a whānau, making the stay feel even more special.One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The sun on the deck where we could enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the stunning views of the bay.Overall, staying at this holiday home was a wonderful experience of relaxation with our whānau. Janey was incredibly accommodating and was so easy to deal with. We highly recommend staying here.
