Great place, less great customer service
The pictures are dead on, beautiful chalet, exactly as in the pictures. The stay was confortable, the mattresses are perfect (It is an important aspect when you sleep somewhere) and kitchen is properly outfitted with everything you should need. (Not always the case elsewhere) The main floor is well furnished, the TV is small but works. The view is astounding. The lower level is also comfy and sports a large modular couch and another small TV along with an indoor fireplace and some Adirondak chairs. The best thing IMO was the ping pong table, I was disapointed at first cause I thought it was supposed to be a pool table, probably me and my memory and I had mixed up with another listing.Two things that where less good: The location isn't easy to reach though, you have to go through a lot of hills and tight turns but this is nothing compared to what you will be getting.The worst part, but i'll put it on the fact it was very early in the new year, the communication with the host was terrible. To a point where we just abandonned after a while and lived with the 2-3 points we identified as problematic. It took them almost 18 hours to properly start discussing some of the main issues and after 24 hours there, we just decided to finish our next night and leave the next day as expected. They need to figure out how to respond faster.
