This lovely studio apartment is located just a 2-minute walk from the stunning Lake Dunstan and its popular bike trail. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine for your convenience, space to park your bike inside overnight, a cozy king-size bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Enjoy a sunset wine out on the patio as you unwind.

Cosy and neat place. Would recommend for a short stay.

Warm unit. Good for couples or a small family. Comfortable and central to all sightseeing in Central Otago.

Property very clean, kitchen had everything you need. Instructions on how to use TV would be helpful - lucky I have the same set up at home.

Cromwell mini trip

Great location, and nice studio apartment. Enough space for the 3 of us. Good/easy communication and arrival.There were also a couple of games which our son enjoyed playing.

The studio was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and lounge area had books, puzzles, boxed games etc. A comfy lounge suite and nice bedroom and bed. Good sized bathroom. Full size household fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine but no where to dry clothes except an A frame clothes airer in the garage. The studio is well setup in a basement of a house. The neighbours were nice and friendly and quiet. Parking is on the road and the walk to the studio is of medium distance. We would stay there again.
