The space
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso coffee machine, is perfect for making your morning brew or preparing meals. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for comfort, and the bathroom includes a shower for your convenience.

There are two lounges to enjoy — one in the main living area with a smart TV, and another cosy lounge with a Smart TV (Google Chrome Cast), beanbags and a couch, ideal for keeping the kids entertained while you unwind. The house is set on a fully fenced section with an outdoor patio, complete with a dining table, BBQ, and a grassy area perfect for relaxing. Kids will love the swing, and the outdoor space is perfect for year-round BBQs.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Arataki Beach, you'll find a local café, Special Mention, along with great fish & Chip takeaways and a dairy nearby for your convenience. The home also offers off-street parking for one car, with plenty of street parking available if needed. Full washing and drying facilities are provided for added comfort.

This property can offer three beds if required, including two queen-sized bedrooms and the option to add an extra single bed in the rumpus room if needed (room pictured with beanbags and TV). Perfect for small families, corporate stays, or couples, this added flexibility makes it ideal for a variety of guest needs. If you’d like the additional single bed set up, please let us know in advance. This bed for one person (maximum) is available for an additional cost of $25 per night.

Please note, this property is located under the Tauranga airport flight path, so while the planes can occasionally cause some noise, the flights are infrequent and shouldn't disrupt your stay.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
