The house is in a beautiful setting. The gift basket upon arrival made us feel welcome, and added to our overall experience. The lake is peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet getaway

Our 2 weeks here were the absolute best! We received all of the welcome/house information a week in advance which was super helpful. All the pictures of the rental were accurate and the house was awesome! Kitchen space was great and had enough room for us to keep all of our food for a larger group. Loved the central AC and the multiple rooms for our large group to spread out and be comfortable. The water was perfect - we loved having our own private walk up. We spent so much time outside on the patio playing games. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and all of our questions to the host were answered timely. Overall such a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

We have rented many homes/camps over the years. By far, this was the nicest, cleanest, most organized and well stocked of all! Everything we could possibly want and need was there! A lovely welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived! Grocery stores were just a few minutes away, as well as Mackenzie Farm, which we visited frequently! Our grandkids had a blast, and spent a lot of time in the water swimming, kayaking or fishing. When inside, We played lots of games (most of which were provided by the owner). Our favorite place to hang out, was at the beautiful live edge table by the beach, enjoying the loons, fishermen and water skiers as they cruised by. Most days ended with a beautiful warm fire by the water. The owner did not skimp on quality when furnishing the home. Mike was a great communicator, a very nice guy and wanted everything to be just right! What more could we ask for? We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house was very up to date and it was spotless. As we explored the house and property we realized that the hosts thought of everything. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

This was our first time staying here and overall, my wife and I really enjoyed the house as well as the water as we both like kayaking and swimming in fresh water. Our oldest daughter and the two grandchildren were here for 5 nights, and they really enjoyed the water as well as the games and coloring books that was in the house. This was probably the best place we have stayed at for a summer vacation. Mike shared a great information sheet prior to our arrival, and you could tell they knew what they were doing as well as wanting to make our stay very enjoyable.

My friends and I had a girls weekend which we thoroughly enjoyed! Absolutely beautiful home, clean and comfortable, had everything we could possibly need. The lake is literally steps away, we enjoyed swimming and relaxing on our floats. Plenty of seating outside, we grilled and had lunch either on the dock or deck area. Played card games on the cool wooden bar slab that is off the deck connected to a tree overlooking the lake! Sat around the fire pit each night, had s’mores. Our hosts, Michael and Heidi were great.. good communication, very responsive and thoughtful. We arrived to a welcome card and gift on the table, made us feel at home. My friends and I are already talking about booking for next year!

Relaxing getaway

We found our place exactly as it was pictured. We were surprised to find a welcome gift for us. Everything was clean and inviting. We were able to relax and enjoy our time away! Sitting outside or inside we were able to enjoy the view of the lake. Being a family with fur babies, having Dayzee Mae come and visit us was a welcome bonus, she is super sweet. We were able to tour around the area some and also travel to Maine also.

A treasure!!

Every consideration, to the smallest detail, was covered for our stay. A s'more gift basket and personal note from the owner was a thoughtful, unexpected touch. The view is gorgeous. We would give the lake house ten stars if we could!
