OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Embrace outdoor living in a backyard haven designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Tucked away behind a privacy wall of lush greenery, begin your mornings with a dip in the refreshing pool, then stretch out on a lounge chair in the Palm Springs sunshine for an afternoon nap. As the day unfolds, fire up the built-in BBQ and savor a delicious meal at the outdoor dining table for six, perfectly set on the shaded patio. When evening falls, it doesn’t get much better than a soak in the soothing spa or gathering in the warm glow of the fire pit.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This spacious, thoughtfully designed home features two living areas and two dining areas, seamlessly connected for a natural, open flow. As you enter, the first living room greets you with two comfortable sofas and a six-person dining table, ideal for gathering or relaxing. A peek through the archway provides a glimpse of the eat-in kitchen table and chef’s kitchen, complete with sleek black granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. From the kitchen, you’ll also have direct access to the covered outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ, perfect for al fresco meals. Just beyond the kitchen, the second living room awaits – a spacious retreat with a large sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and wet bar, making it an entertainer’s dream.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The home has five bedrooms that await you. The bedrooms have closets and flat screen TVs, and convenient access to a bathroom, either ensuite or just down the hall. Three bedrooms offer luxurious King beds, and another bedroom offers a Queen-sized Murphy bed with an office, and the final bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for single guests or children. To make your stay effortless, a convenient full laundry room is located alongside the bedrooms.

It’s also easy to explore the area’s renowned golf courses and tennis courts, fantastic hiking in Tahquitz Canyon, Indian Canyons, Mount San Jacinto State Park, and several beautiful nature preserves.
