Designed for comfort and easy living, this home is well suited for families, friends, or travellers wanting a mix of quiet time and local exploring. It is about a 15 minute walk to Sumner Beach, along with nearby cafes, restaurants, and the village cinema. There are also several walking tracks close by for those who enjoy the outdoors.
The home includes three bedrooms, with a king bed in one, a queen in another, and a third room with a double loft and single bed, suitable for children or extra guests. There is a private hot tub with sea views and an outdoor BBQ area.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space with Smart TV, WiFi, laundry facilities, and secure parking.
