Your pet can stay in this area completely safely. Guest Access: Private access to the rooftop; - Pool is shared with another rooftop unit; - The gourmet area in front of the pool is shared with another unit; - Shared laundry facilities; - The rooftop is NOT accessible. Other Notes: HOUSE RULES: NOT ALLOWED: - Parties; - Smoking indoors; - Allowing your pet or child access to the pool. Unaccompanied; Leaving electrical appliances on when not in the space, e.g., split air conditioner, coffee maker, iron, LED strip lights; Leaving the shared gourmet area dirty; Very loud music in the pool/gourmet area; Adding more people than contracted will incur an extra charge of R$ 100.00 per day/per occupant during the low season and R$ 200.00 per day/per extra occupant during the high season. NOTE: For longer stays, we can offer a cleaning service for a small extra fee. The penthouse is NOT accessible.
