The main level includes a chef’s kitchen, designed with both cooking and entertaining in mind, and adjacent open living spaces ideal for hosting. Large outdoor patios provide space to take in uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 23 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 3.
- There are three spaces available in the three car garage.
- Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level.
- The fireplaces in the grand room and two bedrooms are the only functioning fireplaces.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
