A true sanctuary

This little slice of heaven provided perfect and affordable accommodations for my daughter and me. The studio was exactly as described and the hosts were attentive and hospitable. We loved being able to access the river and trails at the end of the street and walking the streets in the quiet neighborhood along the river. Great location and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Oregon!

Great place to stay. The grounds were lovely, the kitchen was everything you could need and then some (chocolate truffles). Walking distance to my daughter’s house, beautiful neighborhood. One thing it could use a mirror somewhere besides the bathroom

Enjoyed our 6 night stay. Loved the location. Nice walk down to river. Communication before stay not very good. I think they used a management company Evolve for correspondence. Once checked in, we did have one or two questions and they were answered timely.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful neighborhood. Amazing walking/biking trail very close by. Access is up an interior flight of stairs. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable bed. Lacking a few basics in the kitchenette area, but I've shared my suggestions with host. The one important thing to note- this property is managed by a company and you have to go thru them for any communication or help. We needed a few items that weren't available (washcloth, kitchen towel, shower gel). I texted a person we were told to contact with any needs mid-morning (I think it's actually the cleaner) and hadn't heard back by 4 pm. I then contacted the management company via phone. I had to present my request and then wait on hold for along time, to be told they'll work on it, had opened a case, and will let me know within an hour. Heard back from them via VRBO message the next day as we checked out. However, the items we needed were left outside our door sometime in the evening. The request was super simple, but because of the communication it became a big ordeal. In the future I will avoid properties managed by someone other than owner.

Unsafe property and Parking spots occupied.There is a second door into the dwelling that the renter cannot secure. Parking spots were taken.See pics. Homeowner is unresponsive and Evolve says it is a storage closet. How would I know ?What a literal nightmare . Who can sleep with a mystery door opening up into the apartment?
White door beyond is a mystery door. To the left is an open storage area.
Stranger access door is at the bottom of the stairs to the left.
Parking areas outlined were occupied by a charging Tesla and another vehicle.
Door enters large room that is a threat while sleeping.

Hi there, we want our guests to feel secure and well taken care of during their stay, so we followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback. They wanted to share the following:-All doors at the property are secured with electronic or external locks, including the storage closet you mentioned.-The secondary door leads to a locked cleaning supply area, and guests do not have access to it.-Parking is typically available and ample at the property, and no concerns were reported during your stay.-We were not contacted during your visit, or we would have been happy to help resolve any concerns in real time.Thanks again for sharing your experience so we can continue to improve for future guests.
