- While the water at the dock is perfect for swimming and paddling, it is not suitable for boat docking due to shallow depth in the surrounding lake area. Guests are welcome to enjoy kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and swimming, but motorboats or larger watercraft cannot be accommodated at the dock. This also means the water remains quiet, peaceful, and free from boat traffic - a true retreat for privacy and relaxation

This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is part of a Ring doorbell device facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the deck and dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Both cameras are activated by motion. The Ring doorbell camera will record video and sound while guests are in residence. The back camera will only record video while guests are in residence
