Renovated in June 2022, this executive property combines modern luxury with thoughtful design, offering breathtaking ocean views, high-quality fittings, and premium amenities to make your holiday unforgettable.

Nestled in the prestigious Reeflections Estate, Seaclusion is a serene retreat just a 20-minute drive from Cairns Airport and 30 minutes from Cairns CBD. Whether you’re exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, or simply soaking up the beachside charm, Seaclusion is the perfect home base for your adventures.

Spacious and Stylish Living
Upstairs, the villa features an expansive, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with sweeping views of the Coral Sea. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite benchtops, an island bench, and modern appliances, while two dining tables provide seating for up to 12 guests. Relax in the living area with its comfortable seating and smart TV.

The master bedroom offers a private sanctuary, complete with an ensuite featuring a double spa bath, a separate shower, and a balcony with spectacular sea views. Three additional bedrooms have queen-sized beds with ensuite or adjacent bathrooms, while two twin bedrooms share a nearby bathroom. A seventh room includes a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Absolutely amazing!!!

Such a beautiful property and the perfect place for a family getaway. Every amenity that you could possibly wish for available. So close to the beach and all facilities - can’t speak highly enough of what an amazing place it is and how privileged we all feel to have stayed there. This house is ideal for a group of 8 singles or 4 couples or 3 families in my opinion. Great spot, plenty of space, excellent pool, amazing access to beach and walking track.

Family holiday

This property was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The location is perfectly situated close to the beach, and beautiful Palm Cove. We enjoyed our time very much including a morning walk or jog to a coffee spot in Palm Cove. Paul is an excellent host and very responsive if you need anything.

Fantastic house and location

Great house for large families and excellent location. Paul was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond, even helped us find a bakery that had gluten free bread rolls.

Very central to our family and wedding venues and we spent a lot of time using the pool and outside eating area which has bbq fridge dishwasher. Large house to also find a quiet spot if wanted

The perfect getaway home.

Very clean and spacious house, has all amenities and having tonnes of living space to seperate the kids from the parents was a bonus. Perfect location where you clearly see and hear the beach, having 2 street entrances was a bonus plus lovely neighbourhood. Will definitely stay again.

Just amazing all round

The property was clean, amazing set up of the house, Clifton beach itself is a beautiful spot, meet the owner when we arrived, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there again, was perfect for our family of 4 with teenage boys, especially with the pool and pool table.

Loved it!

This is a great property for families or friends touring Cairns. The house is big enough that you can all be together in the main kitchen/living/dining area but also private enough to be in your own space when necessary. Also, most rooms have their own bathroom which is also a big plus.
