Paws n Relax - Pet friendly, walk to off leash beach and cafes

There’s a blend of rainforest, Bali and Byron Bay in this relaxed, elevated 3 Bedroom, Pet friendly home, less than 10 minutes walk to lighthouse beach.

Across the street is a tropical wetlands boardwalk and birdwatching area that leads you towards the 4WD and off-leash dog beach and camel rides. Dogs are allowed off leash south of the beach access and north to Watonga rocks. The patrolled surf beach is a short walk up the sand past Watonga rocks.

If you take the path across the street it will also lead you to Blair reserve with a playground and dirt bike track. Great little cafes and convenience shops are a 5 minute walk. Coles, pharmacy and Tacking Point Tavern are 4km away.

The home is renovated at the front and original at the back. The kitchen, living, dining and deck are renovated, the bathroom and bedroom windows are original.

The home is clean and tidy with beautiful ocean breezes if you open the windows and let the fresh air in! Lighthouse beach can get seasonally humid and the home is up in the trees. Sit back and relax on the large deck and listen to the sounds of the waves and wildlife.

Bedroom 3- single bed plus roll out single trundle, pedestal fan, blow heater, built in wardrobe.

Living room has a ceiling fan and 2 electric heaters.

Original bathroom with a toilet, small bath and single basin.
Original shower room with shower only.
Downstairs bathroom with a toilet, single basin and shower.
There is also a rustic outdoor hot shower and bath.

Outdoor laundry with bench and sink with hot water.

Off street parking. Steep Driveway Access. "Garage not for use of guests"

Great house packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful location and walking distance to the local shops and dog friendly beach which our Rocket absolutely loved! Large balcony to relax on, enjoy the birdlife and breeze (and we were thrilled to see a koala!!). Definitely recommend Paws n Relax-thanks for making our trip so memorable!!

Delightful Modern Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a delightful beach themed and lovingly prepared holiday home. My dogs and I were lucky enough to have stayed 6 weeks there. Sun drenched HUGE balcony, three great size bedrooms and modern kitchen. The owners have gone to great effort to think of absolutely anything you could want in the home making it seem very much like your home away from home. Loved our stay and just adored the owners I was lucky enough to meet. Delightful!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfectly located in a quiet street close to beaches, coffee shop and super market. Its a comfortable cottage with a large north facing outdoor area. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchens and clean bathroom. The only thing i could suggest is a gate above the internal and external stairwells. Property agent was very responsive and helpful
