While the place was generally pleasant and comfortable, we only discovered the evening of our first day there that there was no hot water. After hours support was very helpful and we managed to find the gas supply and get it turned on, but it would have been nice to have this information in the site-specific instructions, to avoid the panic and the worry. We also weren't able to get the heat pump to work, so our stay was quite chilly and required the use of a lot of extra blankets. The previous tenants left their trash outside the door (reasonable) but it wasn't picked up or dealt with, so an animal got into it our first night there and there was rubbish strewn all over for the rest of our stay, which wasn't the best. Overall, for over 400 a night, I would have expected more.
